Chain, check, derailer, check, cable, check, I think its all good to go now.

The new and improved trigger shifters, more room on the handlebars too.
I've installed full length housing for the rear derailer, hopefully this will eliminate the problem I've had with road dirt jamming up the gear cable. I plan to do this to the brake cable as well, just as soon as I find the cable and housing that I bought and put in a "safe place".
